For orders, delivery, returns or warranty questions, include your order number and battery model. Email us for return instructions and the approved warehouse shipping address before sending a battery. Returns are mail-in only; no walk-ins or physical drop-offs are accepted.

DIYBATTERY.CA is an online battery retail and local delivery storefront. Product availability, delivery eligibility and charges are disclosed through the product listing and checkout. Separately booked installation or diagnostic services are governed by the terms provided for those services.
