Local delivery service
DIYBattery delivers batteries directly to eligible addresses in British Columbia's Lower Mainland. Availability depends on your complete postal code, the selected battery, stock and delivery capacity. The delivery options and total charges displayed for your address before payment apply to your order. Do not assume nationwide or international shipping is available when no option is offered.
Same-day and scheduled delivery
Same-day delivery may be requested for eligible orders placed before 5:00 PM Pacific time, subject to available stock and capacity. Allow at least two hours between placing an order and the earliest available delivery window. Available scheduling windows are one hour long; selecting a window does not promise arrival at a specific minute. Future delivery dates are subject to the availability shown when booking. Regular delivery hours are 9:00 AM–8:00 PM Pacific time.
Fees and weekend availability
Delivery fees vary by service area and selected option and are disclosed before payment. Weekend fulfillment uses available local inventory. If your battery is unavailable, we will contact you about the next available delivery date and available alternatives. Where a paid same-day rush service cannot be provided because stock is unavailable, the rush surcharge will be refunded. No extra delivery charge will be imposed without prior disclosure and your agreement.
Delivery address and handoff
Provide your complete address, unit number, contact number and access instructions. We deliver to you or use an alternative drop-off method you have agreed to, such as a designated doorstep or garage-door location. Drivers may contact you if the location is inaccessible or unsafe; contact us promptly to arrange another delivery. We will explain any proposed redelivery charge before you agree to it. Delivery does not include installation, vehicle diagnosis or tool lending.
Delays and delivery problems
Weather, traffic and supply disruptions may affect timing. We will communicate material delays and work with you on a revised arrangement or any applicable cancellation or refund. Contact us promptly if an order is missing, damaged or incorrect, with your order number and photographs where available. Do not install a visibly damaged battery. Notification requests do not shorten statutory rights.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods, non-delivery and statutory cancellation. These rights take priority over any final-sale wording.
Battery returns and recycling
Battery transport requires appropriate handling and packaging. Contact us before shipping a battery back. Ask us to confirm arrangements for collection of an old battery with your delivery; do not send batteries through ordinary mail without an approved transport method.
